All workbooks are delivered as PDF files. You’ll need a PDF reader to open them — Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and works great, or you can open them directly in your browser.
Not at the moment! All our workbooks are printable PDFs, which means you can print them at home or at a print shop at your convenience. This also means no waiting for delivery — you get instant access!
Once your payment is successful, you’ll be redirected to a download page straight away. You’ll also receive an email with your purchase details and a download link for your records.
You’re limited to one download per purchase, so we recommend saving your file somewhere safe — like Google Drive or your computer — as soon as you download it.
Your download link is valid for 30 days after purchase. If it’s expired, simply reach out to us, and we’ll get you a fresh one. Please have your order number handy when you do!
Not to worry — your file has been downloaded to your device. Check your Downloads folder and search for the title of the workbook you purchased. If you still can’t find it, get in touch, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Our workbooks are licensed for personal use only. This means the file is for you alone and isn’t to be shared, resold, or distributed to others. If someone you know would like a copy, we’d love it if you pointed them our way! Sharing our work without permission affects our ability to keep creating resources for you.

Yes! We welcome customers from all over the world and accept all major international debit and credit cards. Please note that all payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Mobile Money, including M-Pesa and Airtel Money for East African buyers, and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay.
Absolutely. Your payment details are processed securely by Paystack (a Stripe subsidiary) and are never stored on our website. Our site is also SSL-secured for your protection. You can read more about how your information is handled in our Privacy Policy.
Never! All our workbooks are delivered digitally, completely free of charge.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds once a workbook has been purchased and downloaded. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing. You can read our full policy in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Get in touch with us as soon as possible before downloading, and we’ll do our best to help. Once the file has been downloaded, we’re unable to process a refund, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
Each workbook page includes a full description of what’s inside, who it’s designed for, and what you’ll get out of it.
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, it’s possible there was a typo in your email address at checkout. Contact us with your name and order details, and we’ll resend it.
First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there. If you find one, please mark it as “not spam” so future emails land in your inbox. If you still can’t find anything, drop us a message, and we’ll take a look.
