Our mission

About us

  • what i believe
The best way to bring goodness into the world is to model it—to become it. Becoming, or indeed self-growth is continuous. There is always something to learn that makes us better, and when we grow, the people around us flourish too. Unwillingness to change doesn’t just stunt us—it robs the people we love of the best version of us, and a better version of life.

My story

I didn’t start this business with a business plan. In fact, I started it in the midst of a personal crisis. After years of struggling with anxious attachment, over-giving, and self-abandonment dressed up as love, I found myself grieving yet another disappointing relationship. I was tired of over-explaining myself in long paragraphs on text, tired of giving too much and getting little in return, and tired of dating the same person in different bodies over and over.
I wanted answers, but therapy was never really an option for me—partly because of cost, and partly because I’ve always been someone who figures things out myself. What I do is read. A lot. Somewhere in that process, I realized a good workbook and quiet, honest reflection can do in an afternoon what it takes months to do elsewhere. No beating traffic to drive across town. No waiting for the next appointment. Just you, a pen, and questions that cut straight to the truth.

Tell me More

These Workbooks are for you if you:

  • Keep finding yourself in situationships and painful connections that go nowhere
  • Set aside your needs to give endlessly to others even when you’re depleted
  • Override your own feelings and give in to things you don’t want to avoid conflict or abandonment
  • Keep getting stuck in patterns that hurt you and/or others but don’t have the language to explain or figure out why
  • Prefer to work through things privately, affordably and in a way that works for you

THE PROCESS

How the Workbooks Work

01

Understand your own behaviour

Through mindful journaling prompts that help you interrogate your patterns without judgment.

02

Understand the behaviour of others

With honesty and compassion, because the people in our lives are usually also doing the best they can with what they have.

03

Identify the beliefs and fears keeping you stuck

The ones running quietly in the background, driving choices that hurt you and the people you love.

04

Pivot to empowered mindsets

Align your actions with the new version of yourself you’re becoming.

05

Walk away with practical tools

So you move forward with knowledge and confidence.

06

And because breaking patterns is genuinely hard…

You’re encouraged to return to the workbooks again and again — as a reminder, to check-in with yourself.
