Order Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase at any time before completing your payment. If this happens, we may reach out to you to find out if you had trouble completing your purchase and offer help.
Returns
Please note that our products, including workbooks and gift vouchers, are digital and therefore not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and are immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by you in connection with downloaded products will be allowed. Cancellation and Refund requests made before you have downloaded the product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within three (3) days of your original purchase.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, please note that your refund may be subject to the respective third-party payment processor’s refund policy and will likely be partial. We urge your patience in this regard.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
